A family legacy turned into a home, where memories of the past bring the present to life
The house has been completely restored, fitted with every luxurious detail to provide guests with the utmost comfort typical of a home.
The restoration stems from an inheritance, fulfilling the wish of Camilo, the house’s grandfather. The work was carried out in 2020 during the pandemic, with strong professional and personal involvement. Camilo always spoke of the day we could restore it, and he has been present in every memory and detail of the house.
Currently, the house is managed by the couple who restored it, with the help of their children.
Cal Trumfo is the name the house bore in the days of Camilo’s ancestors.
It is located at the foot of the Gavarres in the rural centre of Juià, very well connected. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a capacity for up to 10 people. It is rented in its entirety.
The property is a detached house, consisting of a ground floor and an upper floor. It is situated within a plot that includes a covered porch for barbecues and chill-out, a garden, a swimming pool, and a parking area.
